It's the year 2056. Hong Kong is not a happy place to live, but it's home for seventeen-year-old Jeff. To prevent the spread of a deadly disease, entire neighbourhoods have been segregated, a strict curfew enforced, and the grim-faced troops of the Alliance roam the streets, ready to kill at any sign of unrest.

Like everyone else, Jeff's been keeping his head down. But when he discovers a secret that blows his world apart, he's forced to act. His path crosses with Kathy, who is also racing against time to save her parents. Can they help each other and save their families, before the web closes in on them?
